About ARROGANT DEVIL
Everyone in Cedar Creek, Texas, knows Jack McNight is an arrogant devil. Physically, I get it: he’s tan and fit, with coal-black hair that’s clearly been scorched by hellfire. Oh, and his personality? It burns just as hot.
When I show up on the doorstep of Blue Stone Ranch, I’m run-down and rockin’ my last pair of underwear. I’m hoping for a savior, but instead, I find him.
My opinion of Jack is marred by a dismal first impression, but his opinion of me is tainted even before I arrive. He’s heard I’m a spoiled princess there to take advantage of his goodwill. To him, I’m more trouble than I’m worth.
Our button-pushing banter should get under my skin. His arrogance should be a major turn-off. Problem is, devils are known to offer their own form of temptation.
Every one of his steely glares sends a shiver down my spine.
Every steamy encounter leaves me reeling.
Sure, it could be the Texas heat messing with my head, but there’s no way I’ll survive the summer without silencing him with a kiss and wrestling him out of those Wranglers.
Who knows…going to bed with the devil might just be the salvation I’ve been looking for all along.

This book is so great! I loved it so much!
It was full of romance, and a hot cowboy! It was a perfect enemies to lovers storyline which is so fun and I loved to see how their romance turned out!
Besides the books by Jaci Burton, this is the only time I’ve read a ranch romance, and let me tell you I want all the ranch romances! This is also the second book by RS Grey that I have read and I cannot wait to check out the rest of her books since I have quite a few of them!
Meredith is a really fun character to read about! She’s sassy, and is really trying to prove herself to Jack that she isn’t a pampered princess. She really does go out of her way to prove what she can do. And she is a hard worker! I loved seeing her backbone and her ability to stand up to Jack, and to call him out when he was being a jerk to her. She didn’t take his crap and made sure he knew when he was out of line. And I thought it was interesting to Jack saw it, and really changed his tune afterwards. And she was a tough cookie, she came out of a horrible marriage, and was able to stand up for herself, and push past the hurt that was thrust upon her and become a better, stronger person on her own. It wasn’t a case of the man coming to save her, she did that herself and I loved that about her.
It’s kind of sad seeing how her step sister saw her; and portrayed her; which ended up being how everyone saw Meredith. I like that Meredith didn’t let that stop her and what she did changed people’s view of her.
And seeing her relationship with her sister grow was nice to see. I didn’t like her at first but in the end I did!
It was also interesting to see Jack go from being a huge jerk, to really opening up his heart to Meredith. He was so closed off, and horrible, but you see how he developed as the novel goes on and I loved that about him.
Edith was a hoot! I loved her and how she would meddle, but also would try to step in and speak up for her grandson. She knew he was a jerk, and she wasn’t afraid to say that what he said or did was wrong; and I liked her spunk and her open nature to Meredith.
Overall I really think you’ll love this cute romance! It was funny to read about, and I loved this enemies to lovers story; and I think it was great that it took place in Texas! Which is where my family is from! I love that this book was centered around Texas so that made me love this even more!
Anyways highly recommend this book and RS Grey! Trust me! Check her out! You’ll love her work so much!
Let me know your thoughts, as I would love to know your thoughts on this book and if you’ve read any of her novels! If you have what should I read first????
